ZINDAGI is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.

ZINDAGI products are handcrafted of the finest materials by skilled artisans in INDIA. Any inconsistencies in the components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sale items, items purchased during promotions, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return. We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND?Refunds are issued within 1 business day of our receipt of the returned product. Please keep in mind that card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete. This can vary between card issuers and depends on the banking institution.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS?:
All of our pieces are hand crafted by skilled artisans in India and made with region-specific materials. However, some pieces are eligible for repair. For purchases in the United States or Honduras, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot repair pieces purchased outside the US or Honduras. Please contact us at email@example.com with a specific repair request to determine whether a repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING RATES?:
All standard US orders are shipped with USPS. Our checkout page provides a specific rate for your address. Rates begin at $3.50 and changes depending on the type of shipping you select.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER?
Select products are available for pre-order. These styles are in the very beginning stages of production, so they will take about 2 – 4 months until they’re ready to ship. For a more specific timeframe, please refer to an item’s product page.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONALLY?
We are now offering international shipping with DHL to the following countries:
Canada, Australia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Colombia and Peru.
WILL I NEED TO PAY IMPORT OR DUTY TAXES?
Please keep in mind that International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees, all of which are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Most of our orders leave our office within 1 – 3 business days of order confirmation. Once your international order has shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 3 – 8 days of its original ship date. International orders may experience delays caused by customs. You can access these notifications and updates through the tracking number provided in your final confirmation email.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL PO BOXES?
DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes, which means we currently do not ship to international PO boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which could potentially delay your delivery.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ZINDAGI PRODUCTS?
All of our pieces are made in limited batches by artisans in INDIA resulting in truly unique pieces, with history and culture behind it. To keep your ZINDAGI piece in mint condition, we suggest storing it in the dust bag or pouch provided with your shipment. This will keep it dry and will reduce the likelihood of tarnishing. Avoid exposing your jewelry to excessive humidity or sunlight. Our jewelry is made to last, but pieces that are handled [without kind care] like excessive dropping, wear and tear, or improper transport / storage are more likely to show wear and potential damage over time. Please use common sense and care when wearing and storing your ZINDAGI piece.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY ZINDAGI APPAREL?
Our apparel collection is crafted with different materials ranging from delicate cotton to silk. Please see the product specific description to see the best way to care for your piece.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY ZINDAGI JEWELRY?
For gold-plated metals, please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. To reduce delay tarnishing and the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with a soft polishing cloth and store in a dry place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals and please be mindful of wearing makeup near jewelry or of getting your plated metal piece wet.
For our brass and faux material Findings pieces, use a dry soft cloth to clean and store in pouch when not enjoying wearing them around.
MY POSTS ARE BENDING. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our earrings’ posts are sterling silver and as such are slightly malleable, which keeps them from breaking under any applied pressure or weight. Simply slowly, and gently bend the post into a comfortable wearing position and you’ll be good to go!
For our Findings earrings, please be extremely gentle when bending the post back to its wearing position. Brass is not malleable and a quick snap back can break the post. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you.
I MISPLACED MY EARRING BACKS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We can send you new earring backs. :) We use a metal and gummy system for our earring backs so they should be very secure, but are always happy to send replacements if needed for a $10 fee (covers shipping and handling). Just email us at email@example.com and we’ll get your new backs to you immediately!
